	October 22 - Los Gatos to Almaden - Saturday 4D We will hike from downtown Los Gatos to the Mockingbird entrance of Quicksilver Park in Almaden. Meet outside the entrance to the Mockingbird entrance of Quicksilver Park at 7:30 AM to form carpools to Los Gatos. The gates to the park do not open until 8:00 a.m. so we will park at the closest cross street. No host carpool at Page Mill and 280 at 7:00 AM. Leader: Bonnie Reusch.
	It wasn't a day for distant vistas - too hazy from late-clearing fog and not enough breeze. The vistas were close at hand.
	Remarkably, there was a trace of very late-season water in one of the stream beds.
