	May 22 - Quicksilver/Sierra Azul - Saturday 4C/D. We will visit various points of interest in Almaden Quicksilver Park and do a loop in Sierra Azul to Bald Hill for lunch. Meet at the Mockingbird entrance to Quicksilver Park at 8:00 AM. No host carpool at Page Mill Road and 280 Park & Ride at 7:30. Leaders: Bonnie Ruesch and Landa Robillard.
	We assembled under cold clouds. The green hills were turned to brown, but there were still a few flowers left. And the buckeyes were in their summer swan song peak of bloom.
	The leaders provided toothsome refreshment.

	We filed hungrily up to Bald Mountain just as the sun came out.
	It actually got hot in the afternoon and the farewell-to-springs signaled that summer would soon be here in full force.
