It was unseasonably warm and bright as we started laboring up from the improbably located Mill Valley Golf Course. But a layer of smog reduced the distant vistas.
If there was a keynote to this outing, it was the attitude of prayer over the opaque sacred texts.
But we found our way to the panoramic lunch spot on the Kings Mountain loop, right on schedule.
After more consulations, we found our way to the Ladybug Trail and Baltimore Canyon.
Coming up the Barbara Spring "trail" I started to think about calling for a belay. But it got worse before we staggered to the top.
All things come to an end eventually. While the clergy argued the scriptures, the congregation picked out the city through the mists. Finally we circumvented by circumnavigating the golf course back to the cars.
